RECOVERY COACH, FAMILY COACH,
INTERVENTIONIST & CASE MANAGER
I’m Roxanne McDonald
Owner/Founder
I help those with addiction and their families rebuild trust and create healthy connections and an environment to thrive in.
Whether you’re sober curious, just looking to make healthier lifestyle choices, or you have a substance use disorder, and the goal is long-term abstinence, I will help you navigate the course. In addition, I help families reclaim their own lives and teach them how to support their loved ones through healthy communication and boundaries.
Find The Right Path For Your Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Recovery
As a professional recovery coach I have extensive experience with many programs of recovery.
Together we can find the right program to get you on a path to recovery.
Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching is a form of strength-based support for persons with a substance abuse disorder.
Family Coaching
At RM Services of NC we believe the identified patient is the whole family system. Studies have shown that by working with and healing the entire family, the identified patient has up to a 50% greater chance of having a positive outcome in their recovery.
Case Management
A case manager coordinates and manages the client’s aftercare plan. The case manager is a liaison between the loved one, the family members, and the treatment team making sure all the therapeutic recommendations are followed, such as appointments, medication, recovery expectations, and any other needs of the loved one.
Interventions
With the help of a highly qualified interventionist, family members and loved ones are given the tools necessary to help the person of concern in a compassionate and effective way.
Sober Companion
A knowledgeable and caring RM Services of NC, LLC companion can stay with you until a treatment bed becomes available.
Sober Transport or Therapeutic Transport
Professional transport by car or plane to or from any location for treatment for persons suffering from a substance use disorder, mental health, or other behavioral health issues.
